You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
You must be a resident of Oregon or SW Washington to participate.
Two winners will be drawn each weekday starting February 11 - February 22, 2013. If a winner is unreachable within 24 hours of initial contact, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form 1099M. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form 1099M is received.
No substitution or cash redemption allowed. Prize may not be sold or traded and is non-transferable.
Prize must be picked up at KATU Television (2153 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland OR) during normal business hours M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm. Winners have five business days to pick up their prize after they are notified- if the prize is not picked up after five business days, the prize will be forfeited . Prizes cannot be mailed to winners.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
KATU Television and Woodburn Company Stores reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
KATU Television reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's office.
Employees of KATU Television and Woodburn Company Stores, its parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the sweepstakes commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes.
Entrants further grant to KATU Television and Woodburn Company Stores the right to use and publish their proper name and state on-air, online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the sweepstakes.
KATU Television and Woodburn Company Stores reserve the right to use any and all information related to the sweepstakes, including information on entrants obtained through the sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

This sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that an entrant is using the sweepstakes for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
