What do I do if I have a food allergy?
The chefs will do their best to accomodate special dietary requests at some of the events. However, we cannot guarantee that substitutions will be available. In general, due to the large number of festival attendees we are not able to make allowances for special dietary needs or food allergies. Please inform your server immediately of any food allergies.
No purchase necessary. One email address will be limited to 1 submission per day, maximum 7 submissions per week.
You must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
All festival events are 21 and older. No one under 21 is permitted, including infants and small children in child carriers. A valid ID is needed to enter the Festival. If we cannot verify your age, you will not be allowed into the Festival. Anyone under the age of 21 will be stopped at the gate, refused entry and tickets will not be refunded.
You must be a resident of Oregon or SW Washington to participate.
One winner will be drawn and announced on Thursday, September 20th during the live show, AM Northwest 9:00 - 10:00am PST, then notified by phone. If a winner is unreachable within 24 hours of initial contact, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form 1099M. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form 1099M is received.
No substitution or cash redemption allowed. Prize may not be sold or traded and is non-transferable.
Prize must be picked up at KATU Television (2153 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland OR) during normal business hours M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm. Winner has two business days to pick up the prize after they are notified- if the prize is not picked up after two business days, the prize will be forfeited . Prize cannot be mailed to winner.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
KATU Television and Feast Portland reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
KATU Television reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's office.
Employees of KATU Television and Feast Portland, its parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the sweepstakes commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes.
Entrants further grant to KATU Television and Feast Portland the right to use and publish their proper name and state on-air, online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the sweepstakes.
KATU Television and Feast Portland reserve the right to use any and all information related to the sweepstakes, including information on entrants obtained through the sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The sweepstakes and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, Inc., and/or KATU Television. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release KATU Television and Feast Portland, their parent and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM, KATU Television and Feast Portland are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
This sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that an entrant is using the sweepstakes for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
KATU Television and Feast Portland reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
